Agent-Written Campaigns

Campaigns for contacts outside a deal

Select Campaigns in the sidebar to build an email sequence for CRM contacts who aren't attached to a deal. Enroll contacts from the campaign, from a CRM table, or from Sourcing results with Add to campaign. Each follow-up waits a set number of hours or business days, and a reply ends that person's sequence.

A unique email for every recipient

Add an Agent written email step, then write the instructions or start from Quick intro, Follow up, or Thank you. Lev Agent drafts a different email for each recipient from your instructions and what's in your CRM, while the subject stays as you wrote it. Edit any draft, re-draft it, or send yourself a test before launch.

Launch when you're ready

Enrolling recipients sends nothing, and the first email goes out only after you choose Send now and confirm. Recipients already live in another campaign or deal show as a conflict before launch, so no one receives two sequences at once. Filter recipients by status to see who is ready to send, waiting on a draft, active, or replied.

Contact Enrichment

Enrich one contact or a whole list

Enrichment fills email, phone, title, LinkedIn, location, and photo for contacts in your CRM. Open a contact and choose Enrich full profile from Contact options, or select rows on the contacts list or a contact pipeline and click Enrich contacts to fill the full profile or a single field. With rows selected, you can also enrich one column from the Address, Email, or Phone header.

Your existing values stay in place

When you run enrichment, an empty field takes the highest-confidence match. A field that already has a value keeps it, and new matches wait under the Lev star beside it until you click Apply or Dismiss. Work and mobile numbers fill separate phone slots, and extra emails land on Other emails.

Details fill in when you unlock Sourcing results

Unlocking contacts in Sourcing runs enrichment automatically, so email and phone fill in as each contact saves to your CRM. Cells read Enriching while values are applied, and a + count opens any additional emails or phone numbers Lev found. Labels, deals, and pipelines sit on the same results row, so you can organize contacts as soon as they're unlocked.

Introducing Lev Sourcing

Describe who you want to find

Open Sourcing in the left navigation and describe the contacts you want in plain English, such as multifamily owners in Brooklyn or owners of properties with loans maturing in the next year. Lev asks for a market and asset type if your request leaves one out, then returns a results table in the same chat. Name the kind of owner you're after, like private owners rather than institutions, to get a sharper list.

Review scored results while Lev researches

Rows appear in a preview as soon as they're ready, sorted by score with the highest first, while Lev writes fit and why now for each contact. Hover a score to read why the contact matches your criteria, and hover the company to read why now could be a good time to reach out. You can work the rows already on screen without waiting for scoring to finish.

Unlock contacts and put them to work

Unlock the contacts worth calling to save them to your CRM with email and phone filled in, plus fit and why now saved as notes. From the same table, add unlocked contacts to a deal or pipeline, create a new pipeline, or download them as CSV or Excel. When your contacts are ready, click Create a campaign to start outreach without leaving the chat.

PowerPoint Memos in Studio

Build your Memo as a PowerPoint file

Ask Lev Agent to create a Memo and it builds the deck as an editable PowerPoint file in the chat. You pick a Memo type, a template for the layout, and a theme for colors and fonts, and Lev Agent asks for any files it still needs. The finished deck is saved to your deal's Resources tab and to Studio.

Edit with AI in Studio

Open any Memo in Studio and describe your changes in plain English, and Lev Agent updates the deck and saves it to the same file. Turn on Annotation mode to select a slide, element, or text and add it to the chat, so the agent knows exactly what to change.

Edit in PowerPoint when you want full control

Download the deck from Studio, make your changes in PowerPoint, and upload the finished file to the deal's Resources tab. Your edited version is ready to add to a Vault and share with lenders.

Templates and themes from your own decks

Create a template from up to five of your own PDF or PowerPoint files, and build themes with your brand colors and fonts. Lev Agent offers your templates and themes alongside Lev's built-in options every time it builds a Memo.

Maps

Build interactive Maps on your deal

Create a Map from the Maps tab on any deal to build an interactive view on the asset. Add amenity pins by type and proximity, toggle transit routes and typical traffic on nearby roads, and adjust pin styling depending on the aspects of the surrounding area that you want to emphasize.

Publish Maps to your deal Resources

After you save a Map, click Publish to make it available across the deal. Published Maps appear in the deal's Resources tab and stay editable from the Maps tab whenever you need to update surrounding context.

Add Maps to any Memo

Insert a published Map into any Memo on the same deal. Edit the Map in the Memo with the same tools as the Maps tab, and your changes sync to all locations on the platform.
