Step-by-Step Instructions
Click Create Deal
From your dashboard, click the Create Deal button in the top navigation.
Enter Property Address
Start typing the property address. Select the correct address from the autocomplete suggestions.
Confirm Location
Verify the property location on the map. You can drag the pin to adjust if needed.
Select Asset Type
Choose your property type: Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Land, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, or Specialty.
Select Subtype
Choose the specific subtype that matches your property. Options vary by asset type (e.g., Garden-style, Mid-rise, High-rise for Multifamily).
Add Property Name (Optional)
Give your deal a recognizable name (e.g., "Sunset Apartments").
Enter Property Details
Fill in basic details: Year built, Year renovated (if applicable), Number of units / Square footage, and Current occupancy.
Save & Continue
Click Save & Continue to proceed to the next step.

Accurate asset typing improves lender matching. Different lenders specialize in different property types—a bank might love garden-style multifamily but not hotels.
