Share Files/OMs with Lenders

As lenders engage with your deal, they'll need access to documents. Vault makes it easy to share files securely with tracking.

Ways to Share

  • Vault link: Shareable data room link
  • Direct attachment: Attach files to emails
  • Deal room: Automatic access for added lenders

Go to Vault

From your deal, click the Vault tab.

Select Files to Share

Check the files you want to include: Offering Memorandum, rent roll, financial statements, property photos.

Create Vault Link

Click Create Vault Link.

Name Your Vault

Give it a descriptive name like "123 Main St - Full Diligence Package" or "Sunset Apartments - OM & Financials".

Set Access Level

Choose default permissions: View only (can view, not download), Download (can download files), or Full access (can download and see analytics).

Set Expiration (Optional)

Optionally set when the link expires: Never, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date.

Copy Link

Copy the vault link to share via email or message.

Tracking Who Views

Track engagement in the Vault tab:
  • Who viewed the vault
  • Which files they opened
  • How long they viewed
  • What they downloaded
Tips
Create different vaults for different stages (teaser vs. full diligence). Monitor analytics to gauge lender interest. Update files in the vault—links stay the same.
