Why You're Seeing This
Some Outlook users might see two versions of the same draft even though the message has been delivered successfully. This is just a visual issue in Outlook and won't affect the recipients or your Lev tracking.
How to Fix It
- Go to Settings > Email Integration in Lev.
- Disconnect your current email integration.
- Reconnect using your work email credentials.
