Once you've found the right lenders, add them to your deal. You'll select both the institution and specific contacts to email.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Select Lenders
Click the checkbox on each lender card you want to add.

Use Bulk Selection (Optional)
For faster selection: Select All adds all visible lenders, Select Top 10 adds highest-match lenders, or use Shift-click for range selection.

Review Your Selections
Your selections appear in the sidebar showing number of lenders selected, names, and a quick remove (X) option.

Choose Contacts
For each lender, select who to email: suggested contacts (based on deal type), your existing contacts at this lender, or add a new contact manually.

Add Multiple Contacts (Optional)
You can email multiple people at the same lender. Tip: Include one senior contact and one deal-level contact.

Review Final Selections
Confirm your lender and contact selections before adding.

Click Add to Deal
Click Add to Deal to add selected lenders.

View in Outreach Tab
Your lenders now appear in the Outreach tab, ready for email.
Best Practices
10-20 lenders is a good starting point. Quality over quantity—don't spray and pray. Make sure every lender has at least one contact.
