Create Your Memo

Memo helps you create professional deal presentations quickly. Start from a template, customize with your deal data, and produce a polished document.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to Memo

From your deal, click Memo in the navigation.

Create New Memo

Click Create New Memo.

Choose a Template

Select a starting template: Full Offering Memorandum, Deal Summary (shorter), Investment Teaser, or Blank (start from scratch).

Review Auto-Populated Data

Lev pulls data from your deal into the memo: property information, financial metrics, location details, and photos (if uploaded).

Customize Sections

Edit each section: Rewrite or expand text, reorder sections, add or remove content blocks, include custom sections.

Add/Edit Images

Customize visuals: Replace placeholder images, crop and adjust photos, add maps and aerials, include charts/graphs.

Work with Tables

Edit financial tables: Update numbers, add/remove rows, format cells, apply styling.

Customize Branding

Apply your brand: Upload company logo, choose color scheme, select fonts, add header/footer.

Preview

Click Preview to see the full memo as a presentation.

Save

Save your work. Auto-save is on by default, but you can click Save to manually save. Version history is available.
Tips
Start with a template—it's faster than blank. Review auto-populated data for accuracy. Use high-quality images. Keep text concise—visuals matter.
