Share your Memo with Lenders

Your memo is ready—now let's get it in front of lenders. Share via a Vault Link, or Export to PDF or PowerPoint.

Sharing Options

  • Vault Link: Create a unique link for each lender contact
  • PDF export: Universal format for formal submissions
  • PowerPoint export: For editable presentations
  • Email attachment: Direct delivery
  1. Click Share from the top right corner of the Deal Room Vault
  2. Select the lender you want to create a unique link for
  3. Click the chain icon in the top right to copy the unique link
  4. Share the link via an email

Export to PDF

  1. Click Publish/Export from your memo
  2. Select Download as PDF
  3. Configure options: page size (Letter, A4), quality (standard, high), include cover page
  4. Click Download to save the PDF to your computer

Export to PowerPoint

  1. Click Publish/Export from your memo
  2. Select Download as PowerPoint
  3. Click Download to save the .pptx file

PowerPoint export allows lenders to edit—use PDF for view-only distribution.

Tracking Engagement

Track memo engagement:
  • Views by recipient
  • Time spent viewing
  • Pages viewed
  • Downloads
Tips
Use PDF for formal submissions. Use live links for initial outreach. Update live memos as deals progress. Monitor analytics to prioritize follow-ups.
